How it Works?

  • Color your Energy

This is a simple but powerful way to check in with yourself. Each day, you assign a color to your energy—green (rested), yellow (running low), or red (burnout risk). This visual tracking helps you see your energy patterns over time and make adjustments before exhaustion takes over.

  • Five Daily Check-ins

Instead of just tracking productivity, the planner guides you through five key areas of rest: mental, physical, emotional, sensory, and social.

Artists and Changemakers often experience sensory overload, for example, and may need intentional quiet time. Others might feel emotionally drained from the industry’s pressures.

These check-ins help pinpoint where you're running low, so you can take the right kind of rest—not just sleep, but the specific rest your body and mind need.

  • Practical and Flexible Use

It takes just a few minutes a day but makes a huge difference in self-awareness and long-term well-being. Users can customize it based on their schedules, whether they’re touring, in the studio, or juggling multiple projects.

Testimonials

“As a touring musician, I never realized how much sensory overload was draining me. Using the Rest Planner, I started tracking my energy levels and noticed I needed more intentional quiet time. Now, I take small breaks after soundchecks, and I feel so much more present and creative on stage.”

Isa

“I used to push through mental exhaustion, thinking I just needed more coffee. But when I started using the five daily check-ins, I saw that my creativity actually suffered when I didn’t get mental rest. Now, I schedule short, screen-free breaks throughout the day, and my songwriting flows so much better. ”
